At DF Collectives, we take pride in the curated quality of our pieces. If your selection is not quite right, we are here to assist you with a return.
Return Window
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility & Condition
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused.
- Original tags must remain attached.
- Item must be in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Please note: For hygiene reasons, certain items such as earrings may be ineligible for return unless they arrive defective.
How to Initiate a Return
To start the process, please contact our concierge team at inquest@dfcollectives.com.
- Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with the authorized return shipping address via email.
- Return Shipping: Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting an authorized return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at inquest@dfcollectives.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
